Welcome to 2020!!

In this new year and new decade, I would like to share a little tip: Make your mindset your ultimate advantage.

When it comes to your body composition, eating and health goals, success does not start in the kitchen or at the grocery store. It does not start with an amazing meal plan. It does not start with the muscles in your legs. It does not start with the strength in your arms. It does not start at the gym. It starts with your mind. All success starts with your mindset.

In fact, it has been stated that a whopping 80% of success is psychology and only a mere 20% is mechanics. When some of most powerful performers and achievers of our generation were studied, results showed that despite having strategic advantages, what has given them their ultimate edge has been their mindset.

Make this year and this decade one in which your mindset is YOUR ultimate advantage.

To start, why don’t you set aside 25 minutes today to get absolute clarity on the following:

  1. What do you want to achieve in 2020?
  2. What do you want to become?
  3. What do you want to create?
  4. Why are these a must for you?

 

Set your mind on what you wish to do, clearly define it, envision it, and you’re well on your way.
