The Family Center Charity Event: Sip Series – Summertime Popsicles Demo

It’s summertime and the heat has certainly turned up!

This Thursday, join me, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Healthy Food Chef, Agathe Holowatinc, along with the adorable 6 year old Gabriel Outerbridge Perozzi, in making his favourite sweet, cool-me-down treat – FUELLED Summertime Popsicles!

These cool, healthy and delicious popsicles – we’ll make them in both Mango Coconut and Berry Berry flavours –  are loaded with immunity-boosting vitamins, anti-aging antioxidants and body-building minerals, to name just a few nutritional benefits….and they can whipped up in minutes to show you that you that “Healthy Doesn’t Have to Be Hard”

Get inspired to expand your taste buds and discover that “real food” can be really good (and really easy to make!)! This is going to be a fun cooking adventure and the best part is that you’ll get to eat everything you make if you pick up your groceries in advance and make them along with us during the demo.

We’re going live on Zoom so you can join in from anywhere and whip up a batch of FUELLED Summertime Popsicles with us or just watch along and learn how to make this valuable warm weather recipe.

This recipe is free of the most common food-based allergens: gluten-free, lactose-free (i.e. free of dairy from cow’s milk), processed sugar-free, egg-free, soy free, peanut-free, trans fat free.

To make FUELLED Summertime Popsicles with us, you will need the ingredients below, a blender, popsicle molds and sticks.

Makes 10 Popsicles.

Ingredients:

Mango:
3 cups mango (fresh or frozen)
1 banana (frozen is okay or you can exclude this if hard to get)
10-12 Tbsp organic coconut milk
2 Tbsp raw honey

Berry:
3 cups strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana (frozen is okay or you can exclude this if hard to get)
8-12 Tbsp pineapple juice
4 Tbsp raw honey
