FEATURED DRINK RECIPE: RYAN GIBBONS’ SUPERFOOD SWIZZLE
AKA ‘RECOVERY FUEL’ 🏆⭐🍹
RYAN:
“Definition of Swizzle: To stir or mix the ingredients of a drink with a long, thin object, as a swizzle stick.
With that information in mind we can create any combination of ingredients that creativity and complimentary flavours will allow, you just have to “Swizzle” it with a mixing utensil, preferably a swizzle stick but if that’s not available, a bar spoon or even a fork will do to help mix and incorporate your flavours.”
Recovery Fuel:
- 1 scoop BareOrganics Ashwaganda root powder
- 1 scoop BareOrganics turmeric root
- Mango – fresh, frozen, or juiced
- Carrot – fresh or juiced
- Fresh lime juice
- BareOrganics Agave inulin or Honey to your preferred sweetness.
- Ice
Make sure your powder ingredients have dissolved thoroughly before adding ice or cold ingredients, because it’ll take longer for them to break down and could cause them not to incorporate correctly.
You can blend this as a smoothie, make in a large punch format, or built as a single serving built in the glass and swizzled to perfection. 🍹
