Just a reminder that the FUELLED Weekend starts tomorrow at BUEI at 7:30 and continues on through Sunday and it includes the BUEI Talks and FUELLED Bermuda presentation of “Let’s End Illness Now” with American Biorestorologist and Naturopath, Dr. Mick Hall, as well as the official launch party of our new FIT & FUELLED BERMUDA 2020 12-Month Calendar at Alchemy Fitness Studio in Hamilton, amongst other events.

Keep your eyes posted on the Royal Gazette for an interview with Dr. Mick Hall by senior reporter Sarah Lagan, and get the chance to meet him and ask him questions on Friday from 5-8 at Alchemy Fitness Bermuda, where you can also book a health screening with him.

And what is the FIT & FUELLED Bermuda 2020 Calendar?

This 2020 calendar is a health-forward project meant to inspire Bermuda to get FIT & FUELLED in the New Year in a creative and one-of-a-kind way!

Every month features a Bermudian or Bermuda resident who is really LIVING THE FUELLED LIFE EVERY DAY!! And they share their philosophy on how they stay FIT & FUELLED year-round!

The calendars will make a great gift for the holidays for the “health nut” in your life, for family, friends and colleagues, for host/hostess gifts during New Year and Holiday parties, and for those people you love who are making a positive change in their health right now!

And on Sunday I will be doing a healthy desserts cooking demonstration and presentation, plus meet and greet with Teresa and Dr. Mick Hall.

Hope you can come! The BUEI Talk is $25 for non-members and $20 for members, and the rest of the events are free to attend. All are welcome, including kids! Calendars are $30 each.
