SUPERCHARGED ~ SUPERFOOD ~ BREAKFAST SALAD!

Hello Hello! Happy May!

Have you ever had a breakfast salad?? I just ❤ them! Especially on a beautiful day like today. It’s a great way to get a lot of nutrients into your body first thing and to seize the day! It is a SUPERCHARGED ~ SUPERFOOD ~ HIGH VIBING BREAKFAST! And maybe one you haven’t thought of before because it’s “outside the box” thinking ????. Well, that’s what I’m here for.

WAIT! What the heck is high vibing???

Here are two online definitions:

“High vibing is raising that frequency so you can vibe with the cosmos and bring in more positive things. Like attracts like, so if we are a beacon of higher vibration we will draw in more. Here are some ways that I practice high vibing…!”

“A naturally high state. The state of joy one achieves when a persons actions and beliefs are aligned and all the pieces of their life have integrity and love at it’s core. The state of bliss experienced when at full health as a result of being substance free.” (including caffeine ~ wink wink!)

But…HOLD ON!! Am I saying food can have a vibration?????????? Basically, yes, I believe so. I am a firm believer that food is medicine and that it really affects everything in my body and mind. Bright, organic, vibrant fruits and vegetables and especially greens are way up there, and they just make you feel so good in your mind and body, whereas processed foods from boxes and bags that you tear open at the top make you feel how….not so good. It’s a huge part of my FUELLED philosophy where F-U-E-L is an acronym for Food Unleashing Energy for Life!! Unleashing Energy…!!

💕 This is my favourite breakfast salad and it loaded with VITAMINS, ANTI-OXIDANTS, GREAT FATS, FIBER, POWERFUL PLANT PROTEIN (& ANIMAL PROTEIN IF YOU USE GOAT CHEESE), BLOOD BUILDING IRON & OTHER MINERALS, plus it’s IMMUNE BOOSTING & WATER-RICH and a hit every time I bring it to a breakfast party or Sunday brunch, or when I serve it to visitors staying at my home!

Strawberry, Walnut & Bermuda Goat Cheese Salad with Homemade Maple Balsamic Dressing

Toss together:

Organic strawberries (sliced), organic spinach, walnut pieces, tablespoon dollops of goat cheese from Tucker’s Farm of course, and then drizzle with a dressing made from a high omega 3 oil like flaxseed oil, hempseed oil or Udos Oil, organic maple syrup and balsamic vinegar or even apple cider vinegar.

Exact proportions in my book. You can use a blend of berries and also throw in sliced bananas if you have them! That’s my favourite combo actually. And roasting the walnuts in maple syrup, oil and pink salt first, before tossing those in, is also a treat. Enjoy! ❤

OH! And this is a beautiful, healthy and lovely salad to prepare for Mother’s Day too! ???? Which is this Sunday.

Feel free to share this post with someone you care about!

Stay safe and healthy everyone!

Much love,

Agathe
