1) We are SO excited to release our first FUELLED video!! 🎬
We made this video to help unpack my Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching services…to tell you what it’s all about, just in case you were wondering! In the video, three of my clients share their experiences, including details about what it’s like having me as their Coach and what sessions are like for them. 🎙🎙🎙

2) We are holding a LIVE/IN PERSON FUELLED cooking class on the last Saturday of this month – May 29th! Lead by (me!) Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Private Health Food Chef, Agathe Holowatinc, it will be hands-on (with gloves on of course!), everyone will get to enjoying eating it up after and will leave with new skills and a recipe/instruction handout so that you can make the same magic again at home!
This is a FANTASTIC recipe for authentic tasting chicken Pad Thai that has been nutritionally up-leveled so that it is also really good for you too! No MSG, inflammatory oils, peanuts or artificial anything! VERY NUTRIENT-RICH!

We’ve organized the 2 classes (11am and 3pm) so that there are no more than 9 ppl per class as per current Phase 2 regulations, with no more than 5-6 people per table, nicely spread out, and the tables are 6 feet apart. Food prep and dining are held outdoors on the covered patio.
Cost is $100 per person, which includes the live class on location at Spirit House in Devonshire (a lovely cottage in a garden), eating it up afterwards (a full meal) on the beautiful patio, while sipping on homemade ginger turmeric tea…. and you leave with a detailed handout so that you can make the same delicious creation at home afterwards!
Participants need to bring a mask and an apron (If you do not have one, let us know in advance and we will provide one).
