TOP 10 TIPS To Fuel Your Health In 2022



TIP 1: Ensure you’re staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water and eating water-rich fruits and vegetables like bell peppers and pineapple.🥇

TIP 2: Greens are Gold. Try to get a good handful, or more, of greens in your body every day. Organic greens are best. Examples include: kale, spinach, collard greens, broccoli, sea vegetables, parsley and romaine lettuce.🥇

TIP 3: Use coconut or avocado oil to cook with, instead of olive, canola or vegetable oils. That will reduce the amount of inflammation in your body.🥇

TIP 4: Eat more multi-coloured vegetables. These are loaded with antioxidants, fibre, and phytonutrients that will boost your health. Roast them, eat them raw, or make a stew, soup, or stir fry.🥇

TIP 5: Add a probiotic supplement to your morning routine — but not yoghurt.🥇

TIP 6: Whenever possible, use brown, black or another whole grain rice, or quinoa, instead of white rice, white or whole wheat bread, or wheat pasta.🥇
