A FUN & EASY SUMMER TREAT: SUMMERTIME POPSICLES!
Kids’ Favourite!
This is an easy-peasy dessert that is fun for kids and adults alike…and it’s a healthy, whole-food treat to boot, loaded with immunity-boosting vitamins, anti-aging antioxidants, and body-building minerals.
To make FUELLED Summertime Popsicles, combine all of the ingredients (of one flavour) in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze until solid.
Makes 10 Popsicles.
Ingredients:
Mango:
3 cups mango (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
7-8 Tbsp full fat coconut milk
2 Tbsp raw honey
Berry:
3 cups strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
8 Tbsp pineapple juice
4 Tbsp raw honey
Aloha Awakening (Pineapple and Coconut):
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 cup of fresh pineapple (cut into small bits)
1 cup of mango chunks
1 banana
4 Tbsp raw honey
Maple Banana Nut Dream:
3 cups bananas, mashed
1 can of full fat coconut milk
3-4 Tbsp soy nut butter
2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
