A lot of people are doing a “dry January” this month and are finding it difficult to think of what to drink when doing a detox.
And in 1-on-1 coaching sessions with clients, this challenge comes up a lot year-round. When you drop the sodas, dial down the alcohol and caffeine and Red Bull, and increase healthy hydration…what do you drink to keep it interesting?
